The Reset, presented by Sweet Mother Experiences, is an intentional day of self-reflection, sisterhood, and wellbeing designed to help you look back on your year with honesty and step into your next season with clarity and purpose. Hosted at PeakOra Work and Wellbeing in Accra, this immersive experience invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and embrace new intentions. Your experience unfolds in three parts: PAUSE – 10:00 AM Arrival and registration Welcome journal and signature welcome drink Welcome and grounding session REFLECT – 10:45 AM Guided reflection and journaling An intentional session exploring what you are carrying and what you are ready to release Midday break with light refreshments RESET – 12:10 PM Vision setting and intentions for your next season Sisterhood conversation Wellbeing session with Keldreca Thomas, exploring emotions, pleasure, and reconnection with the body Ghana-inspired afternoon tea Closing affirmation and ceremony Group photograph The experience concludes at 3:30 PM. Good to know: Arrive early to settle in before the programme begins. Wear comfortable clothing. Workout clothes are not required. This is an adults-only experience; children cannot be accommodated. Please indicate any dietary requirements during registration. Photography and video coverage will take place, with an option to opt out. Give yourself permission to pause.
