Day 1
Accra – Akosombo – Tafi Atome – Ho (Volta Region)

Start your journey with a scenic drive to the Volta Region, stopping first at Akosombo for a relaxing boat cruise on Lake Volta, with beautiful views of the Akosombo Dam, Ghana’s first source of hydroelectric power.

Continue across the Adomi Bridge to Wli, where you’ll hike to the foot of the Wli Waterfalls, the tallest in Ghana. Traverse through the Agumatsa Forest Reserve, crossing rivers eleven times before reaching the stunning cascade.

Spend the evening in peaceful accommodation near the falls.

Day 2
Wli – Shiare Hanging Village – Mole National Park

After an early breakfast, journey toward Ghana’s Savannah Region, with a cultural stop at Kyabobo National Park to visit the Shiare (Hanging) Village. This remote, terraced settlement is home to the Akyode people, who maintain traditional spiritual practices and live cut off from modern life.

Then, continue toward Mole National Park, Ghana’s premier wildlife destination. Along the way, stop at the Larabanga Mosque, the oldest in West Africa, and the Mystic Stone.
