A deposit is what turns “I want to go to Ghana” into “I’m going to Ghana.” It locks in your dates, your hotel, your package — while you sort out flights and the rest. Here’s exactly how it works.

Your confirmed hotel rooms, airport pickup, tour dates, and package allocation. Without a deposit, availability isn’t guaranteed — especially for Detty December.

How much is the deposit?
Typically 25–30% of the package price. On a $1,475 all-inclusive package, that’s ~$370. Full balance is due before your travel date.

What you receive
A booking confirmation with your itinerary, hotel names, and transfer details. You’re not paying into a void — you get a confirmed booking document.

When to pay the balance
Balance is due 4–6 weeks before departure. We’ll remind you. No surprises, no last-minute scrambles.

Refund policy
What happens if your plans change?
Life happens. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair — not punitive. Full terms are shared before you pay any deposit. Key points:

Cancellation 60+ days out
Deposit refundable minus any non-recoverable hotel hold fees. Most cases: full refund.

Cancellation 30–60 days
Partial refund. Hotel commitments may be non-recoverable at this stage. We’ll advise on the specific amounts.

We always try to rebook rather than cancel. Moving dates is usually possible with advance notice — WhatsApp us to discuss.

How do I pay the deposit?
WhatsApp our team to initiate a booking. We’ll send payment details and confirm your booking within 24 hours of receiving the deposit.
Is the deposit the same for all packages?

Can I pay the full amount upfront?
Yes — many travelers prefer to pay in full and have everything confirmed. There’s no discount or surcharge either way.
What currency do you accept?
USD, GBP, and EUR via bank transfer or card. Local GHS payments available for Ghana-based bookings. Full payment details shared when you initiate a booking.
Do I need travel insurance?
Strongly recommended but not mandatory for booking. We can suggest providers. Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical, and personal belongings at minimum.
